Customers are responsible purchasing return labels. When returning postage, we suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship via USPS for all domestic orders, which provides secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in locating it, however, we are not responsible for refunds for lost or incorrect addresses. We can not refund you if you have moved and package failed to deliver.
